Which platforms are supported?
Each released package will list the platforms and devices it has been tested for, plus editor versions and dependencies. Unity deployments, VRChat, Meta Horizon, and other destinations have different requirements. FBX files alone do not guarantee compatibility. The current concept studies have no verified platform package.
Can I see a walkthrough before buying?
Product pages provide imagery and support video walkthroughs, hosted browser tours, or platform demos when supplied. The current listings use concept renders; actual build videos and interactive tours have not been attached.
Are the properties available to purchase?
The current listings are concept studies and are not for sale. Purchases will open after actual packages, approved prices, license terms, and tested compatibility are added. No payment is taken for a concept listing.
How much do the properties cost?
Planning ranges are Micro Spaces $49 to $79, Essentials $99 to $199, Signature $350 to $550, and individually priced Private releases initially $750 to $1,250. Personalized properties add approved upgrades to a base layout. These are proposals, not approved sale prices.
Can I commission an experience or add my branding?
Commission an Experience lets you describe your audience, destination, interactions, branding, budget, and timeline. The current form saves or downloads a draft on your device; it does not send a request. Secure logo uploads, staff-reviewed scopes, and proposal payments will open with connected intake.
Does a one-of-one purchase transfer copyright?
Not automatically. The final license will define exclusivity, retained copyright, source assets, and reusable systems. A Private Collection release has a maximum sale quantity of one; review its exact terms before purchasing.
Which license should I choose?
Personal and commercial preferences appear on product pages. Final usage permissions, transfer rules, support, and update eligibility will be published with each actual release. Choosing a preference in the cart does not issue a license.
Where will my purchased files be?
My Properties will contain purchased environments, license certificates, setup guides, and secure downloads after verified payment. Customer sign-in and paid delivery are not active yet. Large packages will be delivered through private links rather than email attachments.
Are memberships open?
Enrollment is not open. Free Community, Divine Lux Member at a proposed $9 per month, and Divine Lux Plus at a proposed $19 per month are planning tiers. Final benefits, claim rules, and prices must be approved before subscriptions open. Recurring custom production is not included.
How will Patreon connect to my account?
Patreon and direct Divine Lux memberships are separate payment sources. An authorized Patreon connection will verify eligible supporter benefits in one Divine Lux account. The official campaign link and connection have not been activated.
Where can I join Discord?
The official Discord invitation will be published in Community when confirmed. Account linking and eligible roles are not active yet. The community direction includes release announcements, showcases, design polls, and installation resources.
Do rewards remain after membership ends?
Each release will state whether it grants a permanent license or temporary membership access. Permanent claims are recorded separately from active subscription benefits. Claim windows, quantities, eligibility, and final terms will be published before rewards open.
What does Divine Lux Properties create?
Divine Lux Properties creates virtual architecture and immersive digital experiences: homes, apartments, cozy retreats, clubs, lounges, galleries, classrooms, branded environments, and custom interactions. These are digital environments, not physical real estate.
